Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in unused and original condition, with all packaging, labels, and accessories intact.

• Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, order number, confirmation email) is required.

• Custom or personalized glass products

• Sale or clearance items

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery at hello@brightonglass.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.

Return Process

• Contact our customer service team to initiate your return.

• We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (if applicable). Please follow the return process and indicate your desired exchange.
